I have always aimed to create high-quality wines<\/strong>, seeing them not only as symbols of conviviality but also as ambassadors of a world-renowned territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I want to introduce you to my new project: bottling the first non-alcoholic wine under the Fabio Oberto brand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may seem unusual for a traditional winemaker<\/strong> like me to take on such a complex challenge, but my vision is clear: offering a different product expands the choices available to consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

I thought about those moments when, whether out of necessity or a desire for something new, people seek an alternative to traditional alcoholic beverages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limiting alcohol consumption can be important in formal settings<\/strong>, for athletes, when driving, during pregnancy<\/strong>, or for those who need to avoid it for health reasons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After exploring the process of producing dealcoholized wine<\/strong>, I recognized its value as a valid option for those looking to try something different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lang%zero retains most of the polyphenols found in grape skins, which have antioxidant<\/strong> properties that help combat cell aging and are considered beneficial for preventing cardiovascular, inflammatory, and neurodegenerative diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
